Si Lito Zulueta ay naging tagapangulo ng Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pelikulang Pilipino mula 2004-2005. Siya rin ay isang kilalang peryodista at editor. Nagtapos siya ng A.B. Journalism sa Faculty of Arts and Letters ng Unibersidad ng Sto. Tomas. Naging Associate Editor  pagkatapos ng Manila Chronicle kung saan siya nagwagi ng Best Editorial noong 1993 sa Journalism Awards ng Manila Rotary Club. Ang kanyang mga review at kritisismo ay regular na lumalabas sa Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) at Metro Magazine. Sumulat siya ng mga dokumentaryong pangtelebisyon tulad ng Revolucion, ang natatanging dokumentaryo ng ABS-CBN para sa sentenaryo ng kalayaan ng Pilipinas noong 1998. Siya ang katulong ng director ng UST Creative Writing Center, tagapayo ng The Varsitarian , opisyal na pahayagan ng mga Tomasino at Special Lecturer. Sa PDI, siya'y isang patnugot at editorial writer.
